這麼冷的天怎可能不賴床?躺在床上做簡單瑜珈,換來精神抖擻的上班狀態!

冷冷的天氣,真的好適合睡整天覺,在床上發懶一整天喔~但事實是我們還是必須起床上班、上課,且提不起勁拼命工作,現在就用「躺著」做的簡易床上瑜珈動作,喚醒還在沉睡的身體吧!

動作一:如貓般無限延展身體

讓小編融化3秒,這貓太可愛了~好了,這個動作就是像上圖中的貓咪,雙手向上、雙腳伸直壓腳背,伸一個超大的懶腰~完全地將身體縱向拉長,停留3秒就好(大家應該不會在這3秒內就睡著了吧)

動作二:仰臥扭轉操




平躺後,將雙手打開至與肩同寬,右腿整個繞到身體左側(如上圖),停留10秒,就換邊,一左一右為一組,做3組就好~這個動作可以幫助排毒與促進腸胃蠕動,有便祕的人,這個動作必做!!

動作三:仰姿側抬腿

小編知道,不是每個人都可以如圖中的女生將腳伸這麼直(小編就是)所以,我們側躺後,將下面的腿伸直,以支撐抬起的腿,並用手hold住上面的腿,試著拉開兩腿的距離,距離越大效果越好~停留3秒,就換腿,做3組即可!

動作四:胎兒屈膝式

容易腰酸背痛的人,可以多做這個動作喔~模仿胎兒的動作,在胸口的位置放顆枕頭,雙手自然垂在兩側,慢慢往後方拉,能溫和的伸展背部喔~停留10秒,雙手甩一甩,再繼續做,共三組!

動作五:抬腿

沒錯,睡前該做,起床更該做的抬腿,能夠舒緩腿部水腫~抬到有點腳麻的感覺就可以放下囉!小編覺得抬腿過程還可以再睡一下,能消水腫又能睡,這個動作很划算!(笑)


以上五個動作,大家斟酌自己的情況挑2至3個完成就可以囉!還有還有,切記不要在太軟的床上做以上動作,會受傷的!祝大家以後都可以精神抖擻地起床~~~
