🍑 Show us your squats! 🍑 When it comes to squats, there's so much that could go wrong... so much that we made an IGTV video about the 4 most common squat mistakes! ________________ In the top picture, you can see the knees caving in when going down. This is a NO-NO! Sure, you can probably get lower in your squat this way, but the stress it puts on your knees is not worth it! ________________ Instead, you should aim to have your knees in line with your second toe when you go down (as seen in the second picture). Can't go down as deep as you want? Keep practicing, and remember, that an exercise is most helpful when proper form is kept! #runtastic #squats #bodyweightworkout #🍑
